How GetAPlot works: post free, and unlock a number for ₹20

For owners and agents

1. Sign in with Google and add your name and mobile number.
2. Post your property: type, price, area, photos, the map pin and, for land, the outline of the plot.
3. Your first 2 listings are free for 90 days each; after that a listing costs just ₹1 a day.
4. Edit, renew or close the listing from My listings. When someone unlocks your number you get a notification with their name and number, so you can call them back.

For buyers and tenants

1. Search by city, area, price and size, on the list or on the map.
2. Open a listing to see photos, the map pin and the details. Save the ones you like to compare them.
3. Unlock the owner's number for ₹20, once per listing; new accounts get 2 free unlocks.
4. Call the owner, visit, and check the documents before paying anything.

Lease listings

Besides buy and rent, an owner can list a property for lease: a monthly rent or a one-time lease amount, with the term, the yearly increase, the lock-in and notice period, whether it can be renewed, and who pays for registration.
