Yes. Your first 2 listings are free for 90 days each, with photos, a map pin and a plot outline. After that it is just ₹1 a day. There is no subscription.
What do I pay for?
Buyers pay ₹20 to see an owner’s full mobile number for one listing, once, and the number stays in My contacts. Owners pay only for listings beyond the free ones: ₹1 a day.
What happens when my listing runs out?
It is hidden, not deleted. You can renew it any time in blocks of 30 days and it goes live again.
Can agents and brokers list?
Yes. Owners and agents post directly. If you are an agent, say so in the listing.
Do you verify listings?
No. We do not verify listings, owners, titles or prices. Visit the property, check the original papers and never pay an advance before you have seen them.
How do I mark my plot on the map?
While posting, drop the pin and draw the outline as a polygon, rectangle or circle. Buyers see the shape, and its area is shown for reference.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes, any time, from your account page. Your listings, photos and everything attached to them are erased.
