What GetAPlot is
GetAPlot is a notice board for property. Owners and agents list houses, flats, plots, shops, farmland and more, and people looking for a property search, shortlist and compare them, and get in touch directly with the owner.

What we charge
- Listing: your first 2 listings are free for 90 days each. After that, ₹1 a day (minimum 60 days, then blocks of 30 days).
- Seeing an owner’s full mobile number: ₹20 per listing, paid once.
- No subscription, no commission, and we do not take any money for a property deal.

What we are not
- We are not a broker or an agent. We do not own, sell, rent or arrange any property and we are not a party to any deal.
- No money for a property deal passes through us: no token, deposit, rent, booking amount or brokerage. What you pay us is only for listing time and for access to a contact number.
- We do not verify listings or owners. Visit the property and check the papers yourself.
Staying safe
- Never pay an advance, token or booking money before you have seen the property and its papers.
- GetAPlot never asks for such money, and never asks for an OTP, password or card details by call or message. Use only our website and official app.
- Misuse such as scraping, spamming unlocked numbers, duplicate or fake listings and abusing free offers is not allowed and can lead to removal (see our Terms). Report a problem at Report a problem.
