You can delete your GetAPlot account and the data attached to it at any time.
How to delete it
- In the app: Account, then Delete account, then type DELETE to confirm.
- On the website: sign in, open Account, then Delete account, then type DELETE to confirm.
- If you cannot sign in, write to support@mahirapps.com from the e-mail address on the account and ask us to delete it. We reply within 7 days.
What is erased
- Your account, name, e-mail address and mobile number.
- All your listings and their photos.
- Anyone who unlocked, saved or shortlisted your listings loses them too.
- Your own unlocked contacts and your shortlist.
What we keep, and why
Paid unlocks and listing fees are kept only as anonymous accounting entries (amount and date, with no name, number or listing), because tax law requires us to keep them. Nothing in them identifies you.
