Listing a property
- Your first 2 listings are free, each live for 90 days.
- After that, ₹1 a day. Posting buys a minimum of 60 days (₹60), paid before it goes live.
- More time is added in blocks of 30 days (₹30 each), on top of any time left.
Seeing an owner’s number
- ₹20 per listing, paid once when you pay by UPI.
- New accounts get 2 free unlocks per mobile number, once.
Card and net banking
UPI pays the listed price. If you pay by card, net banking, wallet or pay-later instead, a payment gateway charge of 2.36% is added, billed by our payment partner and not kept by us. Example: for one number at ₹20, the charge is ₹0.47, so you pay ₹20.47. The exact amount is shown before you pay.
What your payment is for
Listing time and access to a contact number only. We never collect or hold money for a property deal, token, deposit, rent or brokerage. Free offers are limited per person and per mobile number, and misuse of them leads to removal. See Refunds, Delivery and the Terms.
